I placed an order for birth announcements and did not select for them to be reviewed, but the staff at Basic Invite reviewed it anyway. They noted that the picture for the announcement needed to be of a better quality. They emailed me asking for a better picture because it was coming out blurry. Once a better picture was sent they quickly reviewed it. Again, they communicated with me that the announcements were much clearer and the announcement was ready for print. Thanks to the pride they take in their work, my first child's birth announcements are phenomenal!!! Great communication and excellent quality demonstrated with my order.

Great quality. Very impressed with how fast they completed the announcement. Also, the font was hard to read and someone from the company called to make changes. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service. Will order from them again
