Illustrated Rose Direction Cards

The direction cards were easy to create and looked really good.

Couldn't have picked out better directions cards love the style.

We ordered Invite cards, Response cards and direction cards-all in matte finish.

Things I loved:
-Paper quality is fantastic! Not flimsy or thin, no perforated/jagged edges. Very Clean and even!
-Matte quality is superb, not cheap looking and dull
-Live Chat was very helpful and I liked the convenience of having answers as you're looking through items. Friendly, patient and thorough.
-Design options are vast. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

Things I disliked:
-Being under a time constraint on our end, we paid for the expedited shipping. Product was 3 days late. I was reimbursed the shipping and given an "I'm sorry, we missed your order", so I guess that makes it better?
-We paid for the Designer Review and was very clear with our note "Please review for spelling, spacing looks appropriate and centering is even. If possible, on the bottom of the RSVP cards, can you add two lines so that my guest and their +1 can list their names and dinner selections". The two lines were added, that should have been easy and taken no more than a couple minutes. However, there were 2 spelling errors that should have been corrected by the Designer, as paid for and it could have spared us the embarrassment.
-We STRONGLY suggest you order a sample (yes, you have to pay for a sample too) with several color choices on it. The color descriptions are WAY off. We used a "tea rose" (you'd think it was a pink tone) but it was florescent PEACH! Yuck!

I'm a little hesitant to use Basic Invites again because I was left so disappointed and stressed but I got the end result, which was to inform my guests. They received their mail and even with 2 spelling errors and arriving late, were happy to be informed.
