I was very excited about the look of the belly bands. I thought they would be a perfect finishing touch for my invitations. Based on the website information, I had no idea they would arrive unfolded with no way to secure them around the pocket/invitation. They do not look nearly as professional as I expected them to, and look less professional than the invitations and other products I ordered. I would have been happy to pay a little more in order for the belly bands to show up folded, secured and ready to slip over the invitations when they arrived, but sadly this is not offered.

Also, when I chatted with a representative, I felt the customer service rep was rather ride toward the end of the conversation. I had been incredibly impressed by basic invite prior to this, so I was extremely dissapointed.
