When I initially received this order, the navy ink was very streaky and the print quality was less than satisfactory. This was surprising because I had ordered from Basic Invite before and was thrilled with my invites. Although this time around had a bump in the road, I reached out the the customer service department, and they replaced and shipped my order within 24 hours. They also provided expedited shipping for the replacement order so that it did not interfere with my event timeline. That being said, I really like the product, but I have GREAT things to say about this company's customer service.
