Easy to customize

The invitations were beautiful, and the customer service was great. The designer, Lauren (possibly Brittany, since it was her email) reached out to me, after I received my sample invitation, and I felt that she was very informative and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise. The invitations were easy to customize, and were exactly what I created online.

Only complaint I had was the price of the invitation. The invitation template/price included the designer back. So I was surprised, during checkout, to find that it was actually an add-on. It caused a significant difference in my total price, and actually caused me to change my order from 75, to 50 invitations. All-in-all, the price under the template, should reflect an accurate price. Any additional add-ons should be explained. Im thankful that's lauren was able to help explain the confusion.
I look forward to ordering from basic invite, again.
