Great RSVP

Very nice card stock like my invitations. I only wish the text could be more editable. Like where the template just has an "M__________," some people don't understand that is an abbreviation for writing out your name like Mr. James or Mrs. Cosby. Other than that, they were nice. Very pretty.

No date

I had accidentally submitted the RSVP cards with no date. I was very pleased when Basic Invite had alerted me and allowed me to correct the error and resubmit. Something happened to my computer while I was trying to edit the card and the system locked me out. I tried calling Basic Invite several times and no one was available. I was finally able to reach someone by email and they allowed me to go back and add the date to the RSVP. I submitted the draft with the proper date for return. Once I received the cards in the mail, they were still as I had originally submitted them- with no date. Basically editing them was a waste of time and I'm still having to send them out because I'm running short on time. I understand the first mistake was mine but it was a waste of time trying to edit the cards just to get them as I originally sent them in.

Overall the whole expierence was good.

We liked picking and designing our cards on our own pace. We had one clich in the computer, but when I called customer service they took care of the problem. The card where delivered when promised. Thank you.
