Shout out to the person who runs their Instagram account!!

The customer service team is excellent and goes above and beyond for their customers and potential customers!

Even when they were closed on New Years Eve, I messaged their account on Instagram and received the help I needed.

I also needed to add something to the back of my invitation, and I wrote a typo & the team caught it and double checked with me. It’s great to know that a real person will carefully be reading your questions/concerns and not a computer.

I was also impressed with how quickly the invitations were printed, addressed, and mailed. From start to finish took a little over a week! (10 days) and their expected arrival date was correct.

My mom received her invitation today and sent me a photo. Beautiful card and we love it!!

The only negative thing I have to say is that I ordered the rounded corners, but the invitations had square corners. This change was made prior to ordering too and not afterwards.

I love how you still have a small leeway of time to still edit your proof. Overall will order from here again ! Not overpriced at all!!

I have purchased various stationary sets from basic invites and I am continuously pleased. The quality is amazing, I love how much you can customize colors, fonts, and I love the envelope addressing. Plus, the address database is easy to use. They have very fair pricing and the quality control check noticed an error that would have ruined our invites but we had time to fix it before it went to print. Thankful for that!
