I am thrilled with my Basic Invite order of moving announcements. I had outstanding customer service from Caleb and Kayla. They were so helpful in helping me to 'fix' my order and even though it was my mistake, I was able to make TWO changes and only had to pay a small extra fee. Not only did I receive the beautiful corrected announcements, I also received the ones that weren't exactly correct, but made the change after they had been printed!! The error is small enough that I can use these, as well, for 'extra' ones that I have since added to my list. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT PRODUCT and MOST ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely be recommending Basic Invite to my friends and family for their needs. I am very happy with the moving announcements that I chose. Even better, I made an error and caught it in time to have it corrected before being printed and the people that helped me were wonderful and so helpful. I THEN found another error I had made, but they had gone to print. For a small additional fee due to MY error, I was able to have the announcements corrected and they sent me the ones that were done with a minor error (punctuation that I missed) that I can use and the final corrected ones, as well. I would highly recommend BasicInvite to anyone! A great experience, especially being my first time and making errors! Thank you so much!

I use Basic Invite every year for Christmas cards and for the occasional moving announcement, etc. quality is always good and they have my family/friend’s addresses saved so I don’t have to address envelopes. So easy!
