Everything turned out great and as expected! Great service! Prompt!

My fiance and I love Basic Invite because we like the non-branded look of the products (some items on other websites can seem overdone, cliche, or not really our style), and we love that we can customize any color and move certain things around. We ordered first for our Save the Dates, and I knew we just had to use them for our Wedding Invitations when the time rolled around.

I ordered these foil invites for my wedding in two months, and for some reason was experiencing some glitchiness. Instead of the raised foil and velvet paper I wanted, received flat foil on the basic card stock. A totally different result than I wanted and had selected. The Basic Invite team immediately responded to my service request, completely redid the order to the correct specifications, and sent the revised invitations Priority Mail to me (with confirmation that they would do all of this within 20 - 30 minutes of my service request). Literally no other company I've worked with has done this so promptly, efficiently, and kindly. I have recommended Basic Invite to all of my friends and family, and I am so glad I found you guys! It added a special touch to our wedding that we are so pleased with, and we are so proud of the beautiful work that went into making our wedding invitations so unique and high-quality.

We had a great experience with Basic Invites! We wanted to create our own custom invites on canva because a lot of wedding invite websites didn't support features that we wanted, like full photo on the other side of the card, or QR code to the website. Basic Invites also seemed to be one of the few that 1) allowed us to use a high quality PDF instead of a jpeg 2) had slightly thicker paper for the envelopes (we ordered samples from other places and the envelopes were completely see-through!). Additionally we were so happy with the customer service after we needed a few addressed envelopes reprinted due to the font we selected slightly overlapping with the address line. If you do custom invites just remember to also update your own return address in the envelope edit stage, we almost missed this because the recipient address is done in the address book.

Such a beautiful turnout for our invitations! My fiancé and I absolutely love how our invitations came out. Additionally, the quality of the invitations is truly exceptional. It's a thick cardstock material with just the right amount of glossiness. It fits our aesthetic perfectly.
