The process to customize is a bit difficult to navigate, but once you know how to do it, it's fine. For the QR code and some other details we had to reach out to Basic Invite customer service, they were easy to talk to and helpful. The invites are so beautiful in person. The fonts that are embossed are stunning, the overall feel of the invite shows that its more than paper, and it is pretty big for size. Everyone was very impressed. The one thing I didn't like was that the QR code was a very stark white block against the lovely dark grey - we didn't know that was going to happen.

These invitations totally exceeded my expectations - I love the paper and the design was so perfect for my Las Vegas wedding! When I placed my order, I didn't think to specify the envelope color, but I contacted a customer service representative through the online chat function and she was able to change them to the color I wanted quickly and cheerily. Everyone commented on the quality of the invitations, and I am excited to send the matching Thank You cards out. I had been nervous that the cost of mailing these would be higher than a regular letter, but I took them to the post office and they assured me that the invitations only needed regular postage. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND getting your invitations here!
