I spent weeks on and off working on this invite. Changing little details here and there. Though I love the way the invite turned out, the process to get there was not easy. After a while every update I made to he invitation would give me an error message saying that this action was not allowed. I would refresh and try again and then it would usually work. That is until the next edit I would make and the process would repeat. There were also many times that I was unable to see one or more of the pages. I would select it and the page would be blank. Sometimes refresh would work, sometimes not. I used the help chat feature several times but the challenges continued. On a plus side, the quality of the invite and the fact that they addressed all of my envelopes was great! As I said, love the product but the process was not easy!

We had a great experience with Basic Invites! We wanted to create our own custom invites on canva because a lot of wedding invite websites didn't support features that we wanted, like full photo on the other side of the card, or QR code to the website. Basic Invites also seemed to be one of the few that 1) allowed us to use a high quality PDF instead of a jpeg 2) had slightly thicker paper for the envelopes (we ordered samples from other places and the envelopes were completely see-through!). Additionally we were so happy with the customer service after we needed a few addressed envelopes reprinted due to the font we selected slightly overlapping with the address line. If you do custom invites just remember to also update your own return address in the envelope edit stage, we almost missed this because the recipient address is done in the address book.

Such a beautiful turnout for our invitations! My fiancé and I absolutely love how our invitations came out. Additionally, the quality of the invitations is truly exceptional. It's a thick cardstock material with just the right amount of glossiness. It fits our aesthetic perfectly.

We have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding invitations are. We also had some trouble with USPS, and the customer support team was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend Basic Invite!
