I have ABSOLUTELY nothing negative to say about basic invite! I was in a pinch needing to get grad party invites out after using another service and being less than pleased. The invites were easy to design, the representative that I was able to chat with live was incredible and the ability to collect addresses from my guest, have the invitations addressed and mailed was just what I needed. I will definitely use your invitations for all my future needs. There is only one recommendation that I have. When ordering my invites, I needed to have some mailed, but I also needed extras to have on hand for last minute invites or for those guest who did not promptly respond with their address. I had to place two separate orders which prevented me from benefitting from the discount associated with one large bulk order. I was able to chat with someone who offered a reasonable solution, but this might be something the company takes into consideration and develop a solution.
