This was the first time I ordered anything from the company, and was looking forward to receiving the party invitations I ordered. To my dismay,
they arrived with a portion of the RSVP, which was at the bottom of the invitation, cut off. I called customer service immediately, and was assisted by a very nice and efficient lady. She re-ordered the items and they were sent out that week. The customer service was fantastic. I would however, suggest that the error should have been caught as soon as they were printed. I’m glad I ordered them well in advance of my event, which allowed for plenty of time to recieve the corrected order. They were beautiful invitations.
