Initially, I was sent the wrong order. But thanks to the easily-accessible customer service and immediate help, I was sent the correct cards for no extra charge at all. They were sure to communicate often in order to inform me of my package's progress and to make sure the second order was to my liking. Very kind and helpful staff!

I really struggled to find wedding invitations that I liked. Our wedding decorations are purple with sunflower details, and I was able to play with colors and wording and use this shower invitation for my actual wedding invitations. The service was great. I ordered samples ahead of time and they arrived sooner than expected, were extremely affordable, and there was even a follow-up e-mail to make sure the product arrived properly. I am very happy with my order!
However, I would warn future customers that the size of the card is listed as 5.75x5.75, but is actually a 5x7 card. The S6 envelopes that are included are 6x6 square envelopes and will not work with your cards. I have submitted this information to Basic Invite, so hopefully that will be updated soon!

I used Basic Invite for my wedding Save the Dates, which were fantastic. So I used them again for my lingerie shower invites, and they were absolutely gorgeous! Great customer service and fast shipping. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be using this company again in the future.
