It was the first time I visited the website and decided to use it to develop the Memorial Service Program for my mother-in-law. If one is not accustomed to using it, the site is difficult to navigate. In fact, it as painful. However, after enduring several hours of seeing how it works, it got easier. In the end it worked well because Kayla was responsive and made sure my work was as intended. Being very frustrated by the time I had finally completed the brochure and the final product having a font in one section that was nothing like the draft, I chatted with Kayla and she went to work. The final product met our expectations.
