The Floral Stripe Bridal Shower invitation was exactly what I wanted for my niece's shower. The invitations were printed on very nice card stock and they arrived very quickly. I was preparing to mail the invitations when the pandemic made our world come to a screeching halt. We've been able to reschedule the bridal shower (changing the date, venue, etc.) and now what to do about the invitations. I called & spoke to Basic Invites customer service & explained my dilemma. The Basic Invite support person was so helpful. She explained what I needed to do to change the invitations and gave me a discount code to print the invitations. I truly appreciate the help I received and the discount to print the new invitations. The new invitations were reviewed, printed and arrived at my home in 5 short days! This was my first time using Basic Invite. I chose for the amazing number of designs and even more amazing customization options. It was sheer enjoyment to modify colors, font and backgrounds. So much so that I spent a few nights getting the invite right. The ability to add a photo to the back of the invite and also change the back background extends the invite to very special.
I do think the pricing structure is a bit hidden until you've placed in the cart which was somewhat off-putting as the notes kept indicating a lower price which was (of course) for a larger quantity. I would prefer Basic Invite make that clear sooner in the process. After the design process which was a breeze; uploading addresses, placing orders for printed envelopes and mailing (which needs to be indicated on a earlier screen) was not self-explanatory. The chat and phone assistance was excellent. Very impressed with the customer service of Basic Invite. Yet modifying the backend process could be less frustrating and likely reduce number of reach-outs by purchaser via chat or calls.

Very good quality. Had the return address printed on envelope, great time saver. Best surprise was the peel and stick envelope. I loved that unexpected feature! Would definitely use your products again!
