The design and color customization to coordinate with the Pointed Arrow invitations to my even were spot on. What was a bit problematic is that the calligrapher I hired to write names on the place cards had a challenging time trying a variety of pens. The waxy/slick finish of the paper doesn’t take well to a variety of pens.

Otherwise, I’ve had a great experience with Basic Invite.

I was bummed because card inside said that extra cards were being provided and there were no extra cards. I have two LATE RSVPS and now I'm not sure what exactly to do...those extra cards would have been handy.

I LOVE that I can customize the colors on everything, but one of my seals had a barcode printed across it, so that one was unusable.

Also, the website has dropped many RSVPS (hence, the need for more place cards).

I would recommend this website, and I have, but I will warn them of these problems I have encountered.
