Very courteous and welcoming. Felt like a favorite customer, and it was my first order. As a gift to my daughter in-law, I wanted an adorable but not too sweet thank you card. I found it with your Owl balloon baby shower card. Adorable! A problem arose when I was asked to have both Mommy and Daddy represented on the card. It originally had just mommy and baby owl. NO PROBLEM (Yea!). Your designer not only added another owl character, they made the baby owls colors represent both parent owls. How great is that! My kids loved them, "Perfect and just right!" Thank you for working the magic for me. I'll be back.

I can't believe there were no glitches," No we cant's or That's not available". I not only found an adorable card, they were able to adapt it for a more specific need. It turned out perfect. And print to delivery time was epic! I managed a stationery store and I know my business. I am a perfectionist and so are Basic Invites. I'll return. Oh yes. I will return.
