I was a bit disappointed when my invites came in the mail when I saw that the box was smashed and half of my save the dates with damaged:( also, there were no envelopes included when there was supposed to be. However, I called customer service and I did not wait on hold no longer than 2 minutes and Cynthia was more than fabulous to work with! She was quick to assure me that she will send me the envelopes along with replacements for the damaged invites. Her kindness made a little bit of a disappointment completely better. Due to the customer service I received I will continue to keep Basic Invites in mind when ordering in the future! Thank you Cynthia, your kindness is so appreciated and you deserve the recognition! You saved a panicking brides sanity!

We shopped around for a company that had the combination of items we want for our wedding, and found it here. He wanted "save the date" magnets - got just what we wanted at a great price. These magnet Save the Dates were exactly what my Fiance and I were looking for! We loved our engagement photo we were using that had the date written on an Oar already in it. The hardest part about other sites was the lack of customization. Lots of online sites were requiring me to enter the date again, even though it's in the picture! They also were not allowing me to move the wording to not cover mine or my Fiance's face. I was pleasantly surprised at the vast options to chose from with Basic Invite and the raised foil gives this simplistic look just the right touch of elegance.
